This is a quota-carrying role where you'll drive retention and growth while delivering top-tier service. Their customers love what we do, and you'll play a key role in their success.What you'll do:Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive retention, renewals, and expansion to build long-term partnerships and ensure ongoing success with customers.Skilled at adoption, engagement monitoring usage/health, and managing renewals.
