NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Sr. Business AnalystDetails:Sr. Business AnalystLocation Chicago IL - OnsiteDuration: 6 months C2HResponsibilities:Strong experience performing current state analysis (Validate system's business functionality against business requirements and parallel systems) of large IT systems and identify gaps and challenges.Lead workshops with stakeholders and clearly document gaps and provide actionable recommendations per industry standards.Work together with technical analysts to perform thorough analysis and designs.Lead review sessions, captures feedback and ensure resolution. Skills RequiredDemonstrated experience in performing current state analysis of large enterprise IT systems.Strong knowledge of PBM (Pharmacy Business Management) business processes which ensure smooth running for retail store operations.Demonstrated experience in visualizing business workflows, defining objectives and performing rationalization. Desirable Skills:Excellent team playerExcellent communication skillsExperience working in onshore/offshore model.Experience working with IT teams.
