Senior Academic Advisor
A company is looking for a Senior Academic Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend appropriate programs
Own the relationship with prospective students and families from first contact through enrollment, ensuring a positive experience
Close deals and meet or exceed sales goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
Proven success in selling premium or high-value service packages with a track record of exceeding targets
Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot or similar tools
Comfort with data and reporting, including experience using Excel or Google Sheets
Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
