This position involves supporting the General Manager in daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating communications, performing clerical tasks, and ensuring the efficient flow of administrative functions. The Assistant to the General Manager will play a key role in enhancing the operational effectiveness of the hotel and restaurant, providing consistent support across departments, and maintaining high standards of service.QualificationsProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including maintaining records, managing schedules, and organizing documentationExperience with Executive Administrative Assistance and supporting high-level executivesStrong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for interacting professionally with internal teams and external stakeholdersAttention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar softwareAbility to work on-site in a fast-paced hospitality environmentExperience in hospitality or a similar industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
