Project Manager, Creative Studio (Contract)

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to embed within the Creative Studio team of a global medical device company. This is a contract role running June 1 through September 30, approximately 20 hours per week.The roleYou'll work closely with the Account and Creative teams to manage creative project workflows from intake to final delivery, keeping campaigns and launch deliverables on time and on strategy. You'll be the connective tissue between internal creatives, operations, and marketing managers — managing timelines, negotiating scopes, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.Must have a background in marketing/creative productionWhat you'll be doingManaging end-to-end creative project workflows within a project management platform (Asana experience a strong plus)Partnering with Account Managers to track creative team bandwidth and adjust for over or under-utilizationLeading project kick-offs, reviews, feedback cycles and debriefsStreamlining workflows and eliminating bottlenecks to keep delivery efficientServing as a clear, reliable point of contact for internal marketing stakeholdersWhat we're looking for4-6+ years in project or account management within an agency or in-house creative teamHands-on experience with project management tools — Asana strongly preferredBackground in consumer and/or healthcare marketingExperience in medical device or pharma a strong plusCalm, organised, and confident managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyThe detailsContract: June 1 – September 30Hours: ~20 hours per week$50/hour - $63/hourRemote with occasional travel (5-15%)
