If you believe in structure, boundaries, empathy, and seeing the world through a child's perspective-you belong here.Youth Counselor - What You'll DoAs a Youth Counselor, you'll work directly with residents (primarily males ages 10-15), helping create a safe, therapeutic and structured environment.
