This positionis responsible foranalyzing equipment to troubleshoot problems and making any necessary repairs to electrical,mechanicalor PLC programming changes related to production reliability.Our air-conditioned facility is just one way we support your wellness. Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 2:00amHighlights of your roleObservesfunctioningof installed equipment to detecthazards ,problems and the need for service,repairand/or replacement of electrical and mechanical components. Proficiently use ladder logic programming with experience in the Allen Bradleyplatform basedprogramming, including RS Logix 500 and 5000. Work efficiently withworkorder system (EAM) to document repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the plant. Traces problems using electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic components. Discusses performance issues and improvement ideas with pertinent technical staff. Maintains backups of programs from all electrical devices. Checks newly installed equipment to evaluate system performance under actual operating conditions. Use basic Servo Controls (open and closed loop systems) and set up variable frequencydriveoperations and parameters. Perform basic motor operation and troubleshooting on Servo motors, brushed DC motors, and Induction motors. Works closely with the Custom Equipment Process Group (CEPG) on machine improvements. Will have the skills toproperly usea digital multimeter. Works closely with maintenance andis able toassistwith troubleshooting electrical problems and able to providePLC-supportacross the plant.
