With aggressive growth plans and a strong pipeline of high-profile work, they are looking to add an experienced Project Executive to their senior leadership team.This is an opportunity to join a contractor that is winning major work, investing heavily in its people, and building one of the strongest electrical construction teams in the market.The Role:As Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple large-scale electrical construction projects. You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, drive financial performance, support operational strategy, and ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest standard.You will act as a senior leader within the business, working closely with Operations leadership, Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, owners, and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes and support continued company growth.Key Responsibilities:Oversee multiple commercial, mission critical, healthcare, or complex electrical projectsLead and support Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teamsDrive project financial performance, forecasting, profitability, risk management, and client satisfactionPartner closely with Operations leadership, Field Operations, General Contractors, owners, and internal teamsEnsure projects are planned, staffed, and executed effectively from preconstruction through closeoutReview project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, labor plans, and performance reportsIdentify project risks early and help resolve issues before they impact delivery or profitabilityMaintain strong client relationships and represent the business at a senior levelDrive accountability, communication, consistency, and best practices across project teamsMentor, develop, and support project leadership as the company continues to scaleWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience as a Project Executive, Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar senior project leadership roleStrong background overseeing multiple large-scale commercial, mission critical, healthcare, or complex electrical projectsDeep understanding of electrical construction, project financials, contracts, scheduling, risk management, and client relationshipsAbility to lead Project Managers, Superintendents, and large project teamsExperience working closely with senior leadership, General Contractors, owners, and field operations teamsStrong commercial awareness, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsA track record of delivering projects safely, efficiently, and profitablyBased in, or willing to be based in, Dallas, Houston, or San AntonioWhy This Opportunity?Join a Texas-based electrical contractor with explosive growth and national reachRevenue growth from $250M to $1B+ in just three years$1B+ backlog and strong long-term project pipelineAround 1,500 employees with continued expansion plannedWork across major commercial, mission critical, healthcare, and technically complex projectsSenior leadership role with real influence across project delivery and business growthStrong career progression opportunities as the company continues scalingBe part of a business that values leadership, accountability, and investment in its peopleCompensation:Base salary: $200,000 – $250,000Bonus: up to 50%Benefits and long-term growth opportunities
