Administrative Assistant (6-Month Temporary Role) | Boston Looking to step into a fast-paced, high-impact role where no two days are the same? We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support senior executives and help keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes. Ideal for a new college graduate looking to gain real world experience!This is a full-time, 6-month temporary opportunity based in our Boston Seaport office, with an in-office schedule Monday through Friday.Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pmPay Rate: $25/hr - $28/hr (DOE)What You’ll DoExecutive SupportServe as a trusted partner to two senior executives, providing high-level administrative supportOwn complex, ever-changing calendars—juggling priorities, time zones, and last-minute shifts with easeCoordinate domestic and international travel (you’ll be trained on their internal platform)Manage and track executive expenses with accuracy and discretionHandle occasional personal logistics (think lunch coordination or quick requests that keep the day moving smoothly) Office & Team SupportJump in on special projects and firm initiativesAssist with planning and executing internal eventsAct as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and incoming callsSupport day-to-day office operations and administrative needs What You BringBachelor’s degree requiredExperience supporting senior leadersStrong communication skills—clear, professional, and confidentProven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environmentExceptional organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsSound judgment and the ability to work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook)Experience with Concur and basic IT knowledge is a plus Why This Role?This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on being the go-to person, enjoys working at the center of operations, and takes pride in making everything run just a little more smoothly.
