OverviewFifteen4 is looking for a Presentation Graphic Designer to join our growing creative agency. This individual will be a core creative resource on one of our most demanding and exciting accounts, a global technology company that is a foundational force in networking and digital connectivity. The Graphic Presentation Designer will own the day-to-day design output for briefings, presentations, and supporting graphics, guided closely by a Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Director, Design + Digital, both of whom have deep experience in the B2B technology space. Over time, this candidate will likely expand to other clients, brands, and design projects.We’re looking for a designer who can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling, and visually striking infographics. This role requires the ability to distill nuanced information into engaging visual narratives that are both accessible and impactful.Success in this position requires a high level of comfort with ambiguity. You won’t always be handed fully formed answers—often, you’ll be expected to navigate complexity, make informed decisions, and move work forward with confidence and initiative.This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where speed, quality, and adaptability are essential. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic conditions and is energized by taking ownership of both the creative process and the final output.We’re also looking for someone who actively embraces emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven tools, to enhance production efficiency and creative capabilities. Over time, this candidate will be able to expand to other clients, brands, and design projects.This is a role for someone who wants to grow fast, do meaningful work, and be a genuine contributor at a tight-knit creative agency.What You'll DoThe responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Design clear, visually engaging, and on-brand presentations and slide decks in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Generative IA tools.Create diagrams, charts, data visualizations, and information graphics that translate complex technical content into digestible, clear, and memorable visualsWhile you will be guided by a strategist and/or creative director, the candidate must be highly comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking initiative, making informed decisions, and progressing work even when direction is incompleteSketch rough slide design concepts to gain quick creative buy-in, then develop them into polished, high-fidelity layoutsWork within and maintain established brand systems and presentation templates across campaign stylesProcess and retouch supplied photography; source appropriate stock imageryWorking towards mastery of AI-generation tools, including Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and Gamma for graphics, iconography, illustrations, and moreDeeply engage with the client's subject matter to accurately and creatively distill the briefing content into visual formParticipate in internal creative reviews, iterate quickly on feedback, and at times co-present work to client stakeholdersCheck in each morning with the project management system, PM team, and creative director to align on the day's prioritiesWhat We're Looking For A portfolio that shows strong typesetting, diagramming/illustration, and presentation design (ideally within a brand system)Experience building a series of slides that are visually coherent, on-brand, and structurally soundExperience with information design or data visualization beyond basic chartsSolid working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; proficiency in PowerPoint and AI-generation tools, including Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and Gamma, is essentialCuriosity and willingness to learn additional AI generation tools and emerging design workflowsThe ability to read a brief, understand the communication goal, and execute with accuracy and careA self-starter mentality — you ask smart questions, take ownership of your work, and bring alternatives when you see themStrong attention to detail and a growing instinct for what makes a presentation landComfort working in a fast-paced, fluid environment where priorities can shift and quality is always the expectationNice to HaveFamiliarity with enterprise, government, or B2B technology brandsAny exposure to motion or animation as a complement to presentation design
