Position: Senior and Mid-Level Industrial EngineerOpenings: 4Location: Sparrows Point, MD -Salary:Mid-Level: $80,000-$120,000 + 10-20% bonusSenior-Level: $100,000-$180,000 + 10-20% bonus**potential flexibility on base salary based on experience**Must Haves:3-10+ years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environmentBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering disciplineProven experience leading complex projects independentlyDeep understanding of:Materials flow and materials management systemsFinished goods storage optimizationProduction line design and layoutStrong foundation in Lean Manufacturing & Continuous ImprovementHands-on experience with:Time studies & work measurementStandard work developmentCapacity and throughput analysisHigh proficiency with:AutoCAD (SolidWorks, BricsCAD, etc.)ExcelComfortable working directly on the production floor in an active manufacturing environmentNatural technical leader who can influence without formal authorityNice to Haves:Experience helping build or transform an Industrial Engineering functionExperience with ERP/MRP systems and materials planning toolsKnowledge of ergonomic analysis and workstation designSix Sigma or Lean certification (Green/Black Belt)Experience supporting automation or higher-volume production scalingDay-To-Day:The Industrial Engineer will serve as a highly autonomous technical leader within the company's manufacturing operations, responsible for designing, improving, and scaling production systems. This role is heavily project-based and focuses on materials flow, finished goods storage optimization, production line design, and capacity expansion across complex manufacturing environments.This individual will be expected to identify problems independently, lead projects end-to-end, and help elevate the overall maturity and self-sufficiency of the Industrial Engineering function. They will partner closely with Operations, Materials, Manufacturing Engineering, and Plant leadership to implement sustainable, data-driven improvements that increase throughput, reliability, and scalability.
