We are currently seeking two Interns for our Marketing & Sales division. Interns will support active customer projects, contribute to performance tracking, and participate in customer acquisition initiatives. Successful interns may have the opportunity to continue working with SWJ Technology after graduation or receive strong career placement support. This internship includes a performance-based success bonus structure. Interns are rewarded for measurable contributions such as new customer acquisition, sales performance, and effective support of marketing and KPI reporting activities.RESPONSIBILITIES:Support project management teams with coordination and reportingCreate KPI overviews using Power BI, proprietary SWJ systems, and AI-supported toolsAssist with marketing content such as info pages and social media visualsSupport the creation of call and email lists for services and productsPerform cold calling and cold emailing to acquire new customersPost social media ads to promote services, products and capabilities of the companyQUALIFICATIONS:Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in business, engineering, or a related fieldStrong interest in project management, sales, and customer interactionAbility to work independently and in team environmentsREQUIRED SKILLS:Strong communication skills (verbal and written)Basic analytical and organizational skillsWillingness to learn new systems and toolsPREFERRED SKILLS:Prior exposure to sales, cold calling, or customer serviceExperience with Power BI, CRM tools, or data visualizationPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Work is normally performed in an office, where minimal physical work might be included, but is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbsMust be able to understand and comply with all relevant safety practicesFLSA STATUS/WORKING SCHEDULE:Location: Tuscaloosa, ALSchedule: with flexible scheduling and partial remote work optionsAssignment Start: May, length 3-4 3 months.
