This role blends strong financial acumen with analytical and operational expertise to ensure efficient use of cash, mitigate financial risks, and support strategic decision-making. The Analyst will partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, and leadership to provide visibility into cash flow, optimize working capital, and support corporate financing initiatives.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage daily cash positioning and liquidity across global bank accounts, ensuring optimal funding and utilization of cash.Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, incorporating business drivers and variances.Execute and monitor cash transactions, including wires, ACH payments, intercompany funding, and investment activity.Partner with FP&A and Accounting to align cash forecasts with financial plans and actual results.Oversee banking relationships, including account management, services optimization, and fee analysis.Support debt compliance and reporting requirements, including covenant calculations and lender deliverables.Assist with capital markets activities, including debt issuance, refinancing, and credit facility management.Monitor and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange exposure and interest rate risk; support hedging strategies as applicable.Drive process improvements and automation to enhance treasury operations, reporting, and controls.Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX controls, and treasury governance frameworks.Prepare and deliver treasury reporting and analysis for senior management, including liquidity metrics and KPIs.Collaborate cross-functionally with Tax, Legal, Accounting, and external banking partners.Expected Areas of CompetenceStrong understanding of treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity planning, and banking operations.Proficiency in financial modeling and cash forecasting methodologies.Knowledge of capital structure, debt instruments, and credit agreements.Familiarity with foreign exchange, interest rate risk, and hedging strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Advanced Excel skills; experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and/or ERP platforms preferred.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to senior stakeholders.Understanding of internal controls, compliance, and SOX requirements.Collaborative mindset with ability to work across global teams.Service-oriented approach with responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders.Education / Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.4–7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, FP&A, or related finance roles.Experience with cash forecasting, liquidity management, and banking operations required.Exposure to debt management, capital markets, or treasury systems preferred.Experience in a global, multi-currency environment preferred.CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) certification is a plus.Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Travel RequirementsUp to 10%ZimVie is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
