We help teams streamline financial workflows and offer industry first credit products.As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly experienced Controller & Compliance Officer to help build and lead our accounting infrastructure, compliance programs, and financial operations across multiple business entities.Position OverviewThis is a full-time, on-site Controller & Compliance Officer role located in Jupiter, FL. The Controller & Compliance Officer will oversee accounting operations, compliance management, financial reporting, and cash flow strategy across several affiliated entities. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building scalable systems, implementing strong financial controls, and helping establish operational structure as the company expands. The ideal candidate has deep accounting and compliance experience, understands the construction and lending industries, and has successfully managed multi-entity financial operations.ResponsibilitiesOversee accounting operations across multiple entitiesBuild and implement accounting procedures, financial controls, and compliance programsManage company cash flow, forecasting, and liquidity planningPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportingCoordinate with external CPAs, auditors, legal counsel, banks, and financial partnersEstablish scalable operational and reporting processesManage general ledger activity, reconciliations, AP/AR oversight, and month-end closeSupport budgeting, forecasting, and executive financial planningIdentify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvementsAssist leadership with strategic financial decision-making and entity managementQualificationsActive CPA license required5+ years of experience in Controller, Compliance Officer, or senior accounting leadership roleExperience managing accounting and compliance across multiple entities requiredStrong background in construction finance, lending, private finance, or related industriesExperience building accounting systems and operational infrastructure from the ground upStrong understanding of cash flow management, compliance, and internal controlsExcellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skillsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesWork EnvironmentFull-time, in-officeMonday through Friday9:00AM to 5:00PMLocated in Jupiter, FloridaCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $105,000 to $120,000, depending on experienceOpportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing companyHigh-impact position with direct involvement in operational and financial strategyBenefits include:Medical, Dental & Vision · 401(k)
