You'll be:Supervising and coordinating daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery standardsLeading, motivating, and developing a team of production employees, ensuring clear communication of roles and expectationsExecuting production schedules in collaboration with management to achieve departmental goalsIdentifying skill gaps and supporting training and onboarding of team membersProviding timely feedback and holding team members accountable for performancePromoting a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagementEnsuring compliance with all workplace safety standards and company policiesSupporting daily operations, including flexibility to work weekday and weekend overtime as neededThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have proven experience leading and motivating a diverse production workforcePossess strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesCan make effective, timely decisions using available data and informationHave working knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulationsAre proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)Hold a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experienceOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
