You owe it to yourself to consider this great new opportunity.Pay Rate: $42/hour (1-year Contract)Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm, flexibility to work weekday and weekend overtime as dictated by production needsWhat's a typical day as Team Lead? You'll be:Supervising and leading a team of semi to highly skilled production employees during the assigned shiftCoordinating daily production activities to meet established delivery, quality, safety, and cost targetsEstablishing a positive employee environment with clear communication, feedback, and guidanceEnsuring all personnel have appropriate training, work instructions, and toolsMonitoring control plans, addressing workmanship issues, and ensuring products meet quality requirementsAdministering employee policies and responding to complaints to maintain adherence to company practices and proceduresDetermining production priorities, making daily assignments, and managing overtime as neededPlanning for maintenance of equipment and facilities to maximize uptimeSupporting and implementing safety programs and housekeeping standards This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse production workforcePossess strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and effective communicationDemonstrate a problem-solving mindset and the ability to make effective decisions using available dataAre proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experienceHave working knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulationsAre flexible to work weekday and weekend overtime as dictated by production needsAre committed to promoting continuous improvement and employee engagement What happens nextOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
