Our ambition is to be the home of the most powerful, entertaining, and inspiring stories for audiences around the world.PURPOSE OF THE ROLEThe Partnerships Executive is responsible for conducting planning, collateral creation and project management work in support of the editorial team and our wider commercial objectives. This is a key role that will work directly with the Head of Global Editorial Partnerships to help ensure our content initiatives and overall content strategy are communicated in a timely and effective manner to key internal stakeholders. Join us and be an essential part of one of the world's most recognized brands and trusted news organizations.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACTKeep across evolving editorial strategy and output, liaising with planning teams and othersMaintain and update central material and databases in support of overall editorial strategyIdentify missing information and proactively reach out to relevant stakeholders to fill gapsCreate marketing collateral for editorial seriesEnsure consistency across regions, and that key requirements across regions are capturedConfirm, document, and circulate relevant editorial coverage to stakeholdersProject manage specified priority editorial campaignsSupport the Global Editorial Partnerships team across the range of their activities as requiredReporting into the Head of Global Editorial PartnershipsYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL CRITERIA2+ years of work experience, preferably in media, business operations or finance.DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIREDProficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools such as Monday.com.Comfortable presenting and translating data in a clear, accessible way to key stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.BENEFITS AND PERKS100% Employer-Paid Medical and Dental Insurance (PPO plans)Generous Paid Time OffFlexible, Hybrid Working ArrangementsStrong commitment to work/life balanceFree Retirement Consulting for all employeesPet InsuranceCommuter BenefitsGym ReimbursementCOMPENSATIONThe anticipated annual base salary for this position is $78,000 to $90,000.
