This role focuses on coordinating projects, assisting in campaign development, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day marketing activities such as advertising, promotions, events, sponsorships, partnerships, and trade shows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the development and coordination of marketing plans to support charter sales and yacht sales.
Coordinate production of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and campaign deliverables.
Support strategic marketing alliances and vendor relationships with agencies, partners, and suppliers.
Collaborate with internal teams to support group flotillas, Getaways, and customer events.
Monitor and update social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
Conduct research and gather competitive insights to inform marketing decisions.
Track and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
Provide administrative and project coordination support for sponsorships, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
Contribute creative ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
