Assistant Residential Director
DescriptionAbout Your Role:The Assistant Residential Director (ARD) ensures proper planning, management and evaluation of assigned programs. The ARD works with and mentors the team by coordinating training, technical assistance and maintaining quality services especially in respect to adherence to licensing standards. The ARD supervises a team of Residential Administrators, and indirectly supervises the Program Managers, CSP’s, and Administrative team members while being responsible for the fulfillment of their job duties. This position provides the supervision, direction, and support integral in the efficient operation of our 24-hour residential programs.Does the following apply to you?Minimum of two (2) years' supervisory experience in the area of Development Disabilities/Mental Health or equivalent relevant experience preferredFour (4) years of equivalent training and work experience related to developmental disabilities and/or mental health with the majority of that time in positions of program/agency management.
