Job Title: Culinary - Expediter Location: Williamsville, NYDepartment: Culinary/KitchenEmployment Status: Part-timeThe Country Club of Buffalo is seeking culinary team members to join our kitchen as Expediters. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of dishes from the kitchen to our dining areas, maintaining quality, accuracy, and timeliness.Our culinary department is led by Executive Chef Joe Piazza, CEC, CCA, AAC, who has guided some of the nation's premier country club culinary operations throughout his distinguished career.RequirementsCULINARY - EXPEDITER RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinating with the kitchen and front of house staffOrganizing order ticketsEnsuring order accuracyTimely delivery of food to members and guestsMaintain a clean and orderly workspace at all times in the kitchenCULINARY - EXPEDITER QUALIFICATIONSStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAttention to detail and accuracyKnowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced kitchen environmentPrior experience in a food service or hospitality role is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to stand for long periods, and lift moderate weightTeam culture is foundational to the service provided to our memberships, and we expect CCB employees to take great PRIDE in their role at the Club.Country Club of Buffalo team members are;Polished professionals;Respectful of the coworkers, members, the Club and its traditions;Inspired to consistently pursue the betterment of the Club and themselves;Dedicated to their responsibilities and accountable to their peers; andEngaged in our community.The Country Club of Buffalo is the premier country club in Western New York. The Duane Lyman designed Clubhouse encompasses 55,000 square feet featuring stately living rooms, three dining rooms, and various private party rooms.
