This role is critical to supporting the end-to-end workflow for email, SMS, push, and in-app channels driving timelines, building campaigns, coordinating reviews, and supporting the performance reporting of promotional campaigns.Core ResponsibilitiesLead promotional campaign execution.Manage the day-to-day execution of multi-channel digital campaigns, leveraging the appropriate execution experts as needed.Own the set-up and build email, SMS, push notifications and in-app communication via multiple activation platforms.Facilitate appropriate reviews and QA of promotions and channel communication to ensure executional excellence.Collaborate with Loyalty & CRM team, keeping the team informed at all phases of campaigns and proactively identifying potential risks and roadblocks.Serve as the central point of contact for promotional plans and supporting digital campaigns.Manage the monthly promotional calendar and communication with key stakeholders to drive field awareness and preparedness.Collaborate with marketing, coffeehouse operations, digital experience, guest relations and external partners to gain alignment, set expectations, and ensure campaigns are supported and successfully activated.Support campaign reporting and analytics.Assist with campaign reporting and analytics, helping identify insights and recommendations for future optimizations.Skills and RequirementsExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication.Self-motivated, proactive with the ability to make quick adjustments in response to business needs.Effective project management skills, with a high level of attention to detail, organization and accountability to deliver.Highly collaborative, with an ability to successfully work across internal functions as well as with external partners to achieve results.Demonstrated interest in loyalty, lifecycle and performance marketing.QualificationsRequired:1-2 years' experience in Project Management, Marketing or relevant fieldBachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.Preferred:Experience working with creative, agency and vendor partners.Experience in email and mobile marketing platforms or Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP).Physical RequirementsThe physical requirements for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours.
