This role ensures adherence to cybersecurity standards, information and risk compliance, asset inventory and monitoring, software license management, and OS/software patch management. The position supports and troubleshoots server-based on-premises and Azure applications across OT and business network environments, and contributes to application platform deployments and lifecycle projects.ResponsibilitiesDeploy, maintain, and lifecycle PCN/OT application systemsSupport and troubleshoot server-based on-premises and Azure-hosted applications in OT and business networksDeploy, troubleshoot, and support Microsoft Windows Server environmentsProvide design, testing, and implementation support for internally driven application system platform deployments/lifecycle efforts and/or customer-facing projectsEnsure cybersecurity standards adherence, information management, and risk complianceMaintain asset inventory and monitoring practices for supported systemsManage software licensing activities for supported applications and systemsPerform OS and software patch management to maintain security and stabilityDocument systems infrastructure and maintain accurate technical documentationApply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, communicate, and resolve issuesRequired QualificationsExperience supporting and troubleshooting server-based on-premise and Azure applications in OT and business network environmentsExperience deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting Microsoft Windows serversExperience providing design, testing and implementation support for, and participation in, application system platform deployment or lifecycle projects and/or customer-facing projectsDemonstrated application of strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, communicate, and resolve issuesStrong oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to document systems infrastructureDesired QualificationsDemonstrated understanding of OT environments and high-security concepts (Perdue model, air gapped networks, zero trust)Experience and familiarity with Azure IaaS and SaaSExperience developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts to automate system maintenance and monitoringSkills and demonstrated experience with virtualization environments using VMware ESXi and vCenter (VxRail a plus)A 2-year Associates degree or higher in technology or a related business disciplineMicrosoft certification(s) in Windows Server, Azure, or related technologiesExperience deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, or other distributions)Experience maintaining and administering infrastructure systems with responsibility for cybersecurity standards adherence, information management, and risk compliance using tools such as Tenable Nessus, Tanium, or equivalentUnderstanding of Agile methodologies / SAFe framework; experience with Microsoft ADOLocation: Pasadena, TXSchedule: M-F every other Friday offPay: $87/hrWork Location: In person
