Project Engineering Technician | Entry-Level Engineering OpportunityWe are hiring a Project Engineering Technician to support Vehicle Data Recorder (VDR) activities across customer and test vehicles. This role is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and interest in automotive testing, operations, or data analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport VDR operations, installations, inspections, and removalsMonitor VDR functionality, software/firmware updates, and diagnostic codesMaintain hardware inventory and peripheral systemsReview vehicle data for accuracy, completeness, and qualityAssist engineers with testing activities, troubleshooting, and field evaluationsCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Supplier teamsQualificationsAssociate’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Technology preferredBachelor’s Degree is a plusValid Driver’s License requiredHands-on mechanical or technical experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to understand the full vehicle testing process and operational impactGrowth OpportunityExcellent opportunity to grow into Operations, Project Engineering, or Data Analyst roles within a fast-paced automotive testing environment.
