Senior Organizational Development Consultant

A company is looking for an Organizational Development Consultant Senior. Key Responsibilities Lead the assessment, design, development, and implementation of talent management projects Conduct organizational needs assessments and develop appropriate OD initiatives Design and deliver scalable training programs and facilitate learning sessions Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in a related field preferred Minimum of 7 years of related work experience required Certifications such as PROSCI, PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent preferred Experience in instructional design, facilitation, or adult learning is a plus Knowledge of Change Management and Process Improvement is beneficial
