Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with at least 10 years of experience. Prior experience in Human Resources with strong domain expertise in Organizational Effectiveness Demonstrated Organizational Effectiveness experience including leading large-scale organizational design projects, team effectiveness, change management for large-scale projects and leadership intervention Strong project management, organization skills and research skills with the ability to deliver timely, quality products; Ability to develop and manage project plans that ensure flawless execution; Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously Strong analytical skills as demonstrated by the ability to problem solve and recommend creative solutions. Exhibits a solutions-based focus and has the ability to translate decisions into easily understood explanations.Ability to utilize HR systems to obtain data for analysis and reports, as appropriate and produce graphic representations of analytical data for presentations. In this role, you will be a key player in helping our enterprise functional clients navigate the complex landscape of 1LMX by optimizing their organizational structures, processes, and talent to drive successful transformations. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our clients harness the full potential of digital technologies to achieve their strategic goals. As a subject matter expert on the Enterprise Operations Talent and Organizational Capability team, this position will be key to ensuring that we deliver on the OD objectives relative to 1LMX. This person will work closely with the HREO HRBPs, Enterprise Talent Management, Pipelines and Organizational Effectiveness team, and the 1LMX Process owners to ensure that we design the future of Lockheed Martin.Key Responsibilities Include Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their 1LMX objectives, challenges, and culture. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor. Organizational Design: Develop and implement tailored organizational design strategies that align with clients' 1LMX goals. Redefine roles, workflows, and reporting structures to enhance agility and innovation. Change Management: Lead clients through digital transformation initiatives by creating change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs. Ensure seamless adoption of new digital tools and practices. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to inform organizational design decisions. Analyze key performance metrics and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement in digital capabilities. Future of Work Best Practices: Stay at the forefront of future of work and best practices in organizational design, change management, and technology adoption. Share knowledge with clients and colleagues.Desired SkillsMaster’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management, or Industrial Organizational Psychology.
