About the RoleWe are currently seeking a positive, personable Leasing Agent to join our team. Leasing Agents are the first impression of Uptown, working with prospective residents both in the office and in the field to help them find their new homes.This is a full-time position starting at $18–$22 per hour, with eligibility for the excellent benefits listed below.Required AvailabilityMonday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMWeekends required with a flexed day off during the weekTypical weekend hours:Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PMSunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PMThe Assistant Property Manager (APM) will work one of the weekend days.???? What You’ll DoLeasing & Tours (60%)Show apartments and guide prospects through on-site toursLease the greatest number of units in the shortest amount of time to maximize rental ratesMaintain strong follow-up communication with prospective residentsCustomer Service & Communication (20%)Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residentsProvide accurate information about properties, availability, and community featuresDeliver a high level of customer service throughout the leasing processTeam Collaboration (10%)Work closely with the Property Management Team to ensure prospects receive accurate informationCollaborate with the team to maximize occupancy and meet resident needsAdditional Responsibilities (10%)Travel between multiple property locations by walking or driving a company vehicleSupport fleet management and other operational needs as required✅ What You’ll NeedHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to excel in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and willingness to encourage co-workersExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsSchedule flexibility including weekend hoursProfessional appearanceSales experience preferred????
