The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to play a key technical role within a rapidly scaling organization. This is a primarily remote role , ideal for an engineer who excels in geotechnical analysis, report writing, and delivering foundation recommendations across diverse project types in a private sector. You'll work from home, with 3-4 travel days per month for team collaboration, office visits, and strategic project touchpoints. What You'll Do Prepare, review, and finalize geotechnical engineering reports Conduct subsurface evaluations , data analysis, and engineering recommendations Develop foundation design and ground improvement recommendations for Residential developments Pharmaceutical/biotech facilities Cell tower & telecom infrastructure Commercial and residential structures Contribute technical leadership as the firm continues its expansion What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering 5-15+ years of geotechnical engineering experience (flexible depending on skillset) Strong background in geotechnical analysis, reporting, and foundation recommendations Ability to work independently in a remote setting Excellent written communication and report-writing skills PE license in FL Strong Knowledge of Florida Geology What You'll Get Fully remote role with predictable monthly travel Clear advancement pathways as the company scales Opportunity to shape processes and standards within a growing firm Work closely with a leadership team committed to innovation Competitive compensation + benefits package J-18808-Ljbffr
