Operations Manager 3 Plano, TX (fully onsite, 5 days a week)3 monthsSummary:The Vendor Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the relationship between the organization and its vendors. This includes ensuring vendors meet contractual obligations, managing vendor performance, and resolving any issues that arise.Additionally, the Vendor Relationship Manager is responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance. They must also stay informed of changes to vendor offerings and services in order to maximize value. This role involves strategic planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Vendor Relationship Manager must be good team player, working closely with colleagues across the organization in operations, quality, training, finance, procurement, to understand and meet the requirements and expectations of the businessResponsibilities:Accountable for optimal vendor performance and operational efficienciesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and BPO partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Communicating with Senior level team members about vendor performance and relationshipBeing an advocate of our partner to internal management and support teamsProviding leadership, empowerment and motivation to professional level vendor partnersConduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to vendors/BPOs for continuous improvement.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define customer service strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.Identify opportunities for process optimization, technology integration, and cost savings.Developing and driving a "can-do" performance model and atmosphereBuilding and fostering of a robust, transparent and cooperative relationship and partnership between SEA and our partnersExecuting various vendor management program elements, such as quarterly business reviews, analysis and reporting of performance against scorecardsCollaborates with all segments of leadership responsible for process design and development, process monitoring, and policy and procedure developmentUtilize reporting and metrics to manage performance and drive to goals, objectives and measurementsDeveloping deep, strategic relationships with telco vendorsWork closely with internal and external parties to resolve problems with vendor performance, diagnose issues and assist with rehabilitation or remediation plansQualifications5+ years of work experience managing BPO operations as client and/or vendor.Experience in Digital Operations and Management, a plusExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills to communicate with multiple types of vendor stakeholdersCollaborative, creative, highly responsive to clients and attentive to detailOperational follow-through, able to work in a team environment, sometimes under tight deadlinesFlexible and adaptable when dealing with changeAn amazing team player, understanding cultural barriers and bridging business gaps.Solid Project Management experience and ability to oversee multiple projects at once.Strong analytics and reporting background, with the ability to build scorecards/dashboards independently.An ability to identify upstream blockers, prioritize solutions and communicate effectively.Familiarity with automation tools and AI-driven customer service solutions.Ability to travel both domestically and internationally (20% of the year).Education and Years of Experience:5+ years of work experience managing BPO operations as client and/or vendor.Bachelors degree preferredTop Skills:Vendor ManagementBusiness AnalysisArtificial IntelligenceBeeline Job DescriptionSummary:The main function of an operations manager is ensuring that the different departments in the company follow through with the plans and devises he/she makes for the business s success.Responsibilities:Direct the activities of the various departments in the company and is concerned with pricing, sales, production and distribution of the company s products.Responsible for managing the employees, creating their work schedules and distributing their duties.Determine employment requirements as well as interviews and hires prospective employees.An operations manager also trains the newly hired employees.Manage all the activities that are associated with the production of the products the company offers.Responsible for managing the performance of the employees such as sales promotions, coordinating with different division leads, planning the layout and design of the store, and setting the prices and credit terms, as well as identifies goods and services to be sold.Supervise the remodeling of current the amenities and represent the company during client meetings and negotiations.Handle problems in a calm and collected manner, even when under pressure.Skills:Microsoft office, Word, ExcelExcellent organization and mathematical skillsFamiliarity with Windows-based computer programs a mustEducation/Experience:Bachelor s Degree in business or related fieldExperience with payroll processing and wage attachment5-7 years of Experience
