Sales Executive (EdTech Sector)Location: Dallas, TX / NYC / DC Area (Hybrid)Job type: FulltimeKey Skills & Experience Required:Strong new logo hunting experienceProven background in Education sector (EduTech, Higher Education, K-12) and PublishingExcellent executive-level communication skills (written & verbal)Key Responsibilities:Drive new business development and build a strong pipeline within Education and Publishing sectorsManage RFPs, RFIs, and inbound opportunitiesEngage with senior stakeholders including CIOs, IT Directors, and Program ManagersCollaborate with internal teams and channel partners for solutioning and deal closureLead commercial negotiations and ensure successful contract executionMaintain CRM hygiene, forecasts, and pipeline reportingKey Qualifications:10+ years of sales experience in IT Services (e.g., Quality Engineering, Application Development/Modernization)Demonstrated success in a hunter role within Education domainStrong understanding of procurement processes and compliance in K-12 & Higher EducationExperience handling complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesProficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM toolsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field“Galent is an equal opportunity employer.
