He also benefits from structured support related to developmental differences. He is happiest when caregivers are calm, patient, and attentive.This position involves providing skilled nursing care while also supporting him in daily routines, school-related activities, and community participation as appropriate.ResponsibilitiesOngoing assessment and monitoring of health statusAdministration of prescribed medicationsRecognition and response to episodic medical eventsCollaboration with parents and healthcare providersSupport with daily living activities as neededMaintain a safe, structured, and positive environmentQualificationsCurrent RN or LPN license Pediatric experience preferredExperience with neurological or cardiac-related care is a plusComfortable working with children with developmental differencesCPR/BLS certification requiredCalm demeanor and strong observational skillsIdeal CandidatePatient, dependable, and attentiveComfortable in a family-centered home environmentProactive communicatorEnjoys working one-on-one with childrenWe value our team members and realize the importance of benefits for you and your family.
