He has complex medical needs and requires skilled nursing support, but most importantly, someone who treats him with kindness, dignity, and respect.Position OverviewOne-on-one pediatric care in a home settingDaytime and/or evening shifts available (schedule can be discussed)Calm, supportive family environmentResponsibilitiesMonitoring overall health and safetyMedication administration and routine treatmentsSeizure awareness and response (training provided if needed)Assistance with mobility, positioning, and daily careCommunicating changes or concerns with parentsProviding comfort, engagement, and reassurance throughout the dayQualificationsActive LPN or RN license (state-specific)Pediatric experience preferred, but not requiredComfortable working with a child with developmental and physical support needsDependable, patient, and attentiveCPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who sees beyond a diagnosis — a nurse who values building trust, creating a calm routine, and becoming a consistent presence in our child's life.
