Our client provider of digital technology and transformation, information technology and services Position: Quality Engineer - Manual & Automation Testing Location: Oakland, Kansas Duration: 12 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Onsite Job Description:Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test casesDevelop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium (Java) and REST API testing frameworksParticipate in all testing phases as per the release planActively contribute to Agile sprint testing activitiesExecute functional, regression, and end-to-end (E2E) testingLearn and apply AI-based testing tools for smarter test execution and defect analysisApply execution techniques leveraging shared frameworks and cloud platformsPerform integration testing and data validation across multiple systemsBuild understanding of the telecom domain and financial system workflowsFollow QE standards, processes, and continuous improvement practicesParticipate in defect analysis, reporting, and resolution cycles Required Skills & Experience Experience2-5 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, and REST API TestingProficiency in Selenium with JavaStrong understanding of REST APIsExperience with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, qTest)Exposure to GitLab and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with integration testing and cross-system data validation Soft SkillsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsGood communication and collaboration skillsComfortable working in a fully onsite environment TekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
