QA Engineer

Location: Mason, OH/ Woodland Hills, CAWork Mode: OnsiteResponsibilities:Understand and articulate business and technical problems addressed by the product/AUTBreak down complex requirements into clear, testable scenariosDefine testing strategy, master test plan, and overall test scheduleDrive testing across Component, Integration, UAT, and Production phasesSet the direction and tone for quality delivery across multiple teamsIdentify test data needs and create mock/synthetic test data as requiredRequirements:Proficiency in at least one automation tool such as Selenium, Cucumber, IBM RFT, etc.Strong knowledge of automation frameworks (Data-Driven, Hybrid, Page Object Model)Hands-on scripting experience using Python or Core JavaExperience in Vibe codingWorking knowledge of Python libraries like Pandas and NumPyExperience in Agile/Scrum, test & defect lifecycle, and test management toolsStrong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and perform under pressureA team player and effective communicatorTransparent, self-driven, and quality-focusedComfortable leading testing strategy across large programsStrong Elevance Health System knowledge including: EDP, Member, Benefits, WGS, ISG, Spider, WPD, Accum ODS
