Our team takes pride in doing the job right, supporting our field teams, and building lasting relationships with clients.We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to support continued growth and lead projects from planning through completion.Position SummaryAs the HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing HVAC construction projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, effective leadership, and the ability to collaborate closely with field teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and coordinate all activities for assigned HVAC projectsDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reportingReview engineering and construction drawings for HVAC accuracy and constructabilitySupervise subcontractors, project coordinators, and field leadership to ensure quality and efficiencyServe as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, vendors, and internal teamsPrepare and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and pay applicationsPartner with operations leadership to plan labor, equipment, and material resourcesTrack project costs, productivity, and margin performanceMonitor jobsite safety and enforce compliance with company and regulatory standardsIdentify and resolve project challenges quickly while maintaining project momentumRepresent Advanced Heating & Cooling in project meetings and provide clear, consistent communicationQualifications5–10+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on commercial and/or industrial HVAC projectsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experienceIn-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and construction methodsExperience managing subcontractors and coordinating field operationsProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management softwareStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsOSHA 30 preferredValid Driver’s License with clean MVR; ability to travel to job sites as neededPMP certification a plusWork EnvironmentThis role is based in Utah and includes a mix of office and on-site project responsibilities.
