What are we looking for? A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success What would you bring to the table? Currently licensed in New Mexico 1+ years of massage therapy experience, preferably in a high end or luxury spa environment Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/pull up to 30 lbs. What would your job responsibilities be? Create a welcoming, memorable spa experience by building genuine connections with guests Deliver exceptional hospitality with professionalism, confidence, and a solution-oriented mindset Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistency in all treatments and services Support and collaborate with the spa team to achieve shared success Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and assist Spa Reception and Attendants as needed What will it be like working for us?
