Msp Program ManagerWe are seeking an experienced MSP Program Manager to support our growing aerospace and defense initiatives. This role will be instrumental in managing contingent workforce programs, optimizing supplier partnerships, and ensuring compliance with security requirements. Previous aerospace and or defense MSP experience required.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage MSP operations for aerospace and defense contractsPartner with suppliers and stakeholders to enhance program efficiencyEnsure compliance with security clearances (including Top Secret)Drive process improvements and workforce strategyIdeal Candidate:Experience managing MSP programs in aerospace, defense, or government contractingStrong background in vendor management and complianceFamiliarity with Top Secret clearance requirements is a plusAbility to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical Screenings (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.
