Specialist, Client Processing

Job Description We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Processing to join our Trade Capture team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida (4 days in office expectation). In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Execute client transactions efficiently and accurately. Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing. Analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and BNY policies to ensure compliance. Support initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-5 years of experience. Experience in brokerage processing preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transaction data and identify improvement opportunities. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and resolution of inquiries. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in transaction processing and compliance with standards. Eligible employees may receive a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, and paid time off.
