This role will focus on field coordination, client interface, and execution oversight within a multi crew construction environment.The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder coordination across both internal teams and external partners. This is a high visibility role supporting an important client in an EPC driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day project execution for a large-scale transmission projectCoordinate activities across multiple construction crews and disciplines, including transmission and foundation teamsServe as a primary client facing representative, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholdersInterface with EPC partner and utility client teamsEnsure adherence to project schedule, documentation, and reporting requirementsDrive accountability and performance across field teams and subcontractorsMaintain high standards of organization, documentation, and attention to detailCollaborate closely with senior leadership including Construction Manager, VP of Operations, Divisional President, and COORequired QualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager on transmission line projects (preferred 230 kV+; 345 kV strongly preferred)Strong background in utility or EPC environmentsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple crews and field operations simultaneouslyExcellent client facing communication skillsHigh level of attention to detail and organizational disciplineStrong computer skills (reporting, tracking, coordination tools)Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high pressure project environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working on large-scale transmission projects ($50M+)Prior experience supporting or interfacing with EPC firmsFootBridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
