Transmission Line Project Manager

Position: Project Manager – Transmission / Power ProjectsLocation: Pleasanton, TXDuration: 14-month contract-to-hireSchedule: 6/10s or 6/12s (site-based)Overview:We are supporting a major infrastructure project and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead transmission-focused power projects. This role will play a critical part in driving execution across field and office functions, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Responsibilities:Oversee project planning, execution, and closing, ensuring projects are on time, within scope, within budget, and focused on profitability.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and resource allocation plans.Create work breakdown structures and assign resources to tasks.Conduct project kick-off meetings, communicate scope and deadlines, and hold regular team meetings to maintain accountability.Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project progress, issue status reports, and handle project closure.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related or 10 years of Project Management experience;Possess strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills and able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing;5 years’ experience in managing Transmission and Substation projects.Experience working directly with material manufacturers in the development of Transmission Lines or HV Electric Substation projects
