Job Description Administrative Assistant LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Administrative Assistant for our client located in Tacoma. This will be a contract opportunity and a 100% onsite, full-time opportunity. This position will be focused on all administrative aspects of our client's front office, greeting and directing visitors, phone and email correspondence, scanning and filing documents, and managing calendars for employees in the office. This role will be a fast-paced environment and interested candidates must feel comfortable adapting and prioritizing different tasks throughout the day.
