The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications while driving innovation through cloud-native architectures and AI-powered solutions.This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and mentor developers across the technology stack.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade full-stack applications.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams across multiple projects.Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using modern frontend and backend technologies.Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures, DevOps practices, and microservices-based solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Lead code reviews, establish development standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.Design and integrate Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities into enterprise applications.Evaluate and implement AI frameworks, vector databases, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering strategies.Work closely with Data Science, AI, and Product teams to deliver intelligent applications.Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor and coach engineers, fostering technical excellence and innovation.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in a Technical Lead role.Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Experience developing scalable backend services using Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python.Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and event-driven architectures.Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as:AWSAzureGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)Strong understanding of:Cloud-native application developmentContainerization (Docker)Kubernetes/OpenShiftCI/CD pipelinesInfrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)Experience leading Agile/Scrum development teams.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, or large enterprise environments.Knowledge of event streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka.Experience with API management platforms and enterprise integration patterns.Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are highly preferred.Exposure to MLOps and AI deployment pipelines.Experience working with secure and compliant enterprise environments.
