Production Supervisor

12-hour shifts – 7pm-7:15am with OT required (3 nights on, 4 nights off then 4 nights on with 3 nights off) Competitive salary from $70,000 - $85,000 depending on experience Direct Hire position - you'll be hired on directly with our client! Full benefit package!- Medical, Dental and Vision 401K Paid vacation Will be responsible for the supervision of hourly employees Monitor scheduling including OT and weekend work or changeovers as needed Monitor procedures and processes to ensure quality product is shipped safely and on time Ensure plant cleanliness and safety Work cross-functionally with operators, maintenance, and operations to ensure efficiency Responsible for shift communication, ensure product logs are accurate, tracking attendance and ensuring overall success of team Perform hourly employee evaluations and coaching Any other tasks for the betterment of team as assigned by Plant Manager 3-5 years of experience within manufacturing 2+ years in a Supervision role Understand manufacturing processes and how to ensure scheduling for efficiency Strong analytical skills with the ability to recommend process improvements MUST be a servant leader who can create buy-in from their direct-reports PREFERRED experience with fast-paced automotive manufacturing
