Their North American operation, based in Western Michigan, is a small, long-standing team focused on light production, product customization, and customer support for a niche market they have successfully led for decades.Job DescriptionLead day-to-day operations for a small North American manufacturing site, overseeing production, inventory, and customer supportManage a team of roughly 10 employees across production, inventory management, and support functionsOversee production scheduling, output quality, workflow efficiency, and delivery timelinesServe as the primary operational point of contact for customers, addressing technical and delivery needsProvide hands-on engineering support, including reading, interpreting, and creating mechanical drawingsCollaborate with global engineering teams based in Europe on technical issues and minor design workMaintain and improve inventory processes, materials flow, and stock accuracyUtilize the company's ERP system to manage production, inventory, and operational reporting (D365 preferred)Ensure operational compliance with internal processes, safety expectations, and quality standardsIdentify and execute continuous improvement initiatives across operationsSupport financial and strategic planning activities with accurate operational dataRepresent the North American site in regular communication with global leadershipPlease apply below, if you're resume looks to fit in with the criteria.
