Land Admin SpecialistWe are seeking a Land Admin Specialist to support Division Order and Land Administration functions. This role is responsible for managing owner inquiries, maintaining accurate owner records, and supporting land-related documentation processes. The ideal candidate will have Division Order experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesSet up and manage dynamic tickets for all incoming owner-related itemsUpdate and maintain owner accounts within Oxy's internal systemsLog and track owner inquiries and assist in monitoring the owner relations inboxProcess incoming mail, including opening, scanning, and creating ticketsSupport documentation requests to cure title requirementsAssist with special projects within the Land/Division Order teamCommunicate with internal teams (Land, Accounting, Marketing) and external stakeholders (owners, vendors)Partner with Legal as needed to resolve ownership or title-related issuesEnsure compliance with company standards, processes, and data confidentiality requirementsQualifications2+ years of Division Order / Owner Relations experience (required)Bachelor's degree (required)Basic understanding of land principles, ownership, and title processesFamiliarity with land terminology, contracts, and ownership recordsExperience with SAP (preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)Strong organizational skills and high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environmentMust be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, agility and fit for duty
