Business Analyst- Yardi

Business AnalystSeeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role supports and enhances Yardi Voyager and related platforms while serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical solutions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in property management systems, with a strong ability to translate business needs into system improvements. Responsibilities: Provide support for Yardi Voyager and related modules (RentCafe, Payment Processing, Concierge, etc.) Gather and document business requirements; develop functional specifications Lead testing efforts (UAT, system upgrades, enhancements) to ensure solutions meet business needs Monitor and manage the Yardi support queue, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met Coordinate with third-party vendors for system updates, implementations, and integrations Assist with property acquisitions, new lease setups, migrations, and post-conversion reviews Develop reports, documentation, and user procedures Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 24 years of Yardi Voyager experience Property management experience preferred Experience in a helpdesk or systems support environment Skills: Strong SQL experience Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
