Role Description This is an on-site contract role for a Junior Business Analyst located in New York, NY. The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing detailed business processes, and liaising with stakeholders to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Day-to-day activities will include preparing reports, documenting workflows, and supporting project teams with data-driven insights to optimize performance and processes. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, interpret trends, and support decision-makingProficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process design to optimize workflowsEffective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and convey technical information clearlyExperience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements to ensure project alignment with organizational objectivesBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related fieldAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic work settingsExperience with data visualization or business intelligence tools is a plus
