Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable SpecialistLocation: Reading, OhioIndustry: ManufacturingSalary: $55,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experienceWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical AP/AR Specialist to join a growing manufacturing company in Reading, Ohio. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions while supporting the accounting team with reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of AP processes including 3-way matching.ResponsibilitiesProcess full-cycle accounts payable transactions in a high-volume manufacturing environmentPerform 3-way matching between purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documentationManage accounts receivable functions including invoicing, payment posting, and collections follow-upReconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepanciesMaintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payment processingPrepare and analyze reports using advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUPs and Pivot TablesAssist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliationsCommunicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding payment and billing issuesSupport process improvements and maintain compliance with company policies and proceduresQualifications3+ years of AP/AR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environmentFull-cycle AP experience requiredExperience performing 3-way matchingAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot TablesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with ERP/accounting systems preferred#INMAY2026#INJUN2026
