You're exactly who we want.Requirements for a Great FitAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred2+ years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting experienceStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial processesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systemsExcellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracyStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhat You'll Be HandlingAccounts Payable (AP)Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and approvalsPrepare and issue payments via check, ACH, and wire transferMaintain vendor records and resolve invoice discrepanciesReconcile vendor statements and monitor aging reportsSupport month-end close activities related to accounts payableAccounts Receivable (AR)Generate and distribute customer invoicesPost customer payments and reconcile accountsMonitor overdue balances and follow up on outstanding paymentsInvestigate and resolve billing discrepanciesMaintain accurate aging reports and customer account recordsGeneral Accounting SupportAssist with account reconciliations and financial reportingMaintain organized and accurate financial documentationSupport internal and external audits as neededCollaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operationsWhat Makes This Role Worth ItStrong Pay.
