It addresses the challenge of interpreting large volumes of social media data to deliver actionable insights that support content strategies and sponsorship value optimization.About the OpportunityThe Associate Data Analyst role focuses on leveraging the company's platform to analyze social media and broadcast data, providing insights to internal teams and external clients. This position contributes to the development of analytical methodologies, supports product improvement, and assists in delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance client content strategies and sponsorship outcomes.ResponsibilitiesUtilize the platform to quantify social media and broadcast KPIs across diverse channels and propertiesIdentify and interpret trends in social media data at multiple levelsAnalyze results and communicate insights to stakeholdersRecommend and develop industry benchmarks for clients and sponsorsCollaborate with Customer Success teams to advise on social media content strategiesExamine data quality and support database applications and analytical toolsContribute to product development and improvements in data presentationEngage users in data collection and query system processesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with exposure to marketing, communications, digital strategy, or the sports industryStrong technical knowledge combined with strategic thinkingSolid understanding of business, data, and statistical conceptsAbility to develop methodologies for data collection, analysis, and presentationEffective problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to interpret organizational data trendsExperience with database and data system designSelf-motivated and proactivePay Range and Compensation PackageThe pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
