We are seeking a BE/BC Endocrinologist to join our medical group.Our endo position is full time M-F 8-5 Outpatient diabetes clinic 1 day a week 50/50 primary care/endoWe are located in the High Desert and cover cities. We are a full risk HMO with 40,000 lives. We run primary care offices and chronic disease management clinics including a coumadin clinic, CHF clinic, orthopedic clinic and diabetes clinic. We have been selected as the top medical group in the High Desert as well as the best place to work by our employees.Our doctors were rated as the best and took every title as Best Family Doctor (3/3), Best Internal Medicine (3/3), Best Pediatrician (3/3), Best Cardiologist, Best Orthopaedic Surgeon. Our physicians and physician extenders truly care about our patients as we are locally managed, so we truly want the best for our patients.We have a weekly lunch conference to review patient care and any questions other physicians or NP's/PA's have regarding patients. This meeting is attended by our hospitalists, primary care panel, SNFist, specialists, nurses, and social workers as a comprehensive meeting. No hospital call is required unless you are interested for a moonlighting fee.We also have an annual retreat for our physicians and NP's/PAs where we all take a weekend off and relax at a 5-star hotel so we can bond outside of the workplace. Destinations include Palm Springs, San Diego, Newport Beach, and Las Vegas.
